It snowed yesterday morning—again, but has turned mild. This is the time of year when Mother Nature has the flu. 
I’ll spend time in the kitchen today. What I eat I cook & what I cook lasts for days.

Yesterday’s forecast: possible drizzle.
Reality? Drizzle to rain to snowstorm to sunny.
All while I hiked 11.8 miles (19.0 M) from my home, most of it outside the city. It was glorious.
This morning I’ll take my morning walk, draft a blog post, & edit a chapter.

Interesting to realize that, as an 80-year-old senior citizen, in some ways I am still age-phobic and an ageist. So, back to the “processing” process to take a closer look at why I hold these ageist ideas and how I might change them for myself and for others.
