Never quite clicked with the Bastl MIDI Looper before. I've had it a couple of years and it's incidental features, such as this sort of ambient humanise have kept it around the studio, but today it has really shone. I suspect some of the pad synths will need to be tactically assigned to different MIDI channels to get the most out of this guy.

One of the most iconic of guitar and bass amplifiers has recently been revived and it reminded us of the superb logo which was plagiarised, with aplomb, by the drone metal legends sunn o))). We even bought the t-shirt so to speak.

Another experiment in #minimalist #ambient #music with the portable #Behringer #Neutron. The built in delay & distortion built into it helps a lot, I don't have to carry much to make complete tracks. Sequenced from the #Korg SQ1. Recorded in the great outdoors directly to a Tascam digital recorder. Great North Carolina weather recently, so these sessions are doubly enjoyable.

The location, views & walks are stunning, with abundant local #wildlife including #seals and nesting #seabirds including guillemots, razorbills & kittiwakes. The #property includes a bothy with power & central heating which would make an excellent #workshop or #artist #studio.

I'm almost finished with my studio organizing project. I donated a lot of yarn, and some are supplies to the library as well. I got most of the yarn in the cubbies. I still have enough to fill in another storage unit. Now, I have more room to do my art/painting and drawing. Which my husband loves when I am doing that.
