iotar<p>Never quite clicked with the Bastl MIDI Looper before. I've had it a couple of years and it's incidental features, such as this sort of ambient humanise have kept it around the studio, but today it has really shone. KC-DOZ<p>Our last <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/PostRock" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PostRock</span></a> project with my band of (gasp) 10 years, on this track we set out to create an atmosphere on this song that felt chilly &amp; dark, but not sad. Like maybe a long walk in the snow that ended with a stretch in front of a fireplace. <br>Also cuz I used an Akai Headrush <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/looper" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>looper</span></a> as <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/guitar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>guitar</span></a> accompaniment, I had to create FOUR different loops at different times on the fly &amp; keep them in time. Not easy when there are no memory slots.
