Had entirely too much fun smashing things to metal music this afternoon. Having now done a sound bath and a break room a few weeks apart I definitely think I’m more of a break things to process person than a meditate to process things…and like really that tracks. #BreakRoom #smash

"Hey! Baby" is a song written by Margaret Cobb and #BruceChannel, first recorded at Clifford Herring Studios in Ft. Worth Tx, and recorded by Channel in 1961, first released on LeCam Records, a local Fort Worth, Texas label. After it hit, it was released on #Smash Records for national distribution. Channel co-produced the song with #MajorBillSmith (owner of LeCam) and released it on #MercuryRecords' Smash label.
