So just to make sure I am not missing something:

People who declare that they are "AI and Quantum Computing experts" are really confused, correct. Those two skill sets have nearly nothing to do with another. They are saying "Buzzword Bingo Expert."

Am I totally off base? Cause I have looked intently at both, and aside from both using a computer ...

Quantum physics has been one of my intense autistic passions or interests since my adolescence. For many years, I was deeply curious about the intersection of quantum physics and other subjects such as philosophy, neuroscience, Zen practice, and martial arts.
