These are just two atudies, but not much research is done on this. Still, the evidence that does exist seems to support my belief, and its the reason why ND is resistant to Dark Triad developments, unlike NTs.

Yet again, my partner fails at an interview for a proofreading job she is massively qualified to do because she is somewhat #neurodivergent and struggles to think on her feet.. The feedback is always the same, use the STAR model but no matter how much she prepares she can't do interviews... But she makes her (meagre) living as a proofreader and people often say she is the best proofreader they've had... Why doesn't that matter more and what is she supposed to do? I'm devastated #neurodiversity
