Everybody knows that recipe, or a similar one, and it always turns out well.
Now replace the broccoli with celery. It feels gross just thinking about it. Is it do-able? Would it be good?
Can I say how much I like #celery? I like the taste and texture, the crunch, and the fibre! (The reason I am increasing my intake) - let’s just say, the results are satisfying.
It's taken the Chinese pink celery I grew from seed a while to establish itself but it's really taking off now and quite pretty.
