Agree with this take, but it’s frustrating seeing people using the right wing reframing of progressing justice as radical, and then equating fascism with that. Wording makes a difference because that’s a shorthand way to think about abstract ideas like freedom and privilege.
Conceptually it’s easy, but attacking language was literally the first way they vilified progressives in the first place and then tore down a rallying idea. #woke #fascism
