This image captures a small patch of tules in Eagle Lake, located in Lassen County, California, USA. I loved the way the reeds reflected in the calm blue hour water on this very chilly morning. If you look closely, you can see icicles clinging to some of the lower horizontal reeds, adding a delicate touch to the serene landscape. The low fog on the water in the background further enhances the peaceful atmosphere.

I used a long exposure in this image to smooth out any ripples in the water, emphasizing the stillness and dreamlike quality of the scene.

The mornings are starting to be much more pleasant again!
Also I've edited this with #photomator instead of Lightroom. I'm missing only two things so far and quite some things are even better than with Lightroom.

This image has a few layers. There is a meadow in the foreground. A bit behind that there is a perch in the lower right. Further off we have a line of tees with a perch to the left tip. Then we see a hill top peaking over all of that. An even further in the background there is a wind turbine barely visible through the mist. Everything is tinted with a warm orange glow due to the sunrise that's off to the right, just out of frame, and the mist.
