I don't understand the editorializing here. Setting fire to a mailbox with ballots in it is bad...period. What's the point of classifying Maricopa County a "Democratic stronghold"? Also, as anyone who lives here can attest, it's not.
Also, since the story isn't updated, the suspect has been arrested.

#60Minutes did a story on Oct 6 regarding #Maricopa County, which endured MULTIPLE 2020 recounts ordered by #election Denialists, citing their "Christian Values" while spewing profanity & threats of violence against T**** *Supporting* election officials (and their KIDS) who investigated the election and failed to find sweeping fraud that would have changed the outcome of the election. Hell hath no fury like violent stupid people scorned.

His posts were first ID’d in July by the #Maricopa County Recorder’s Office in #Arizona, which alerted the #FBI to #threats on #Gettr against that county’s recorder. The office has faced numerous #violent threats after #Trump made false claims that his 2020election loss in the county was fraudulent.
Investigators linked phone numbers & email addresses associated w/the Gettr account to Carillo. #FBI agents searched Carillo’s residence last week & seized a #handgun & an #assault-style #rifle.
