On the list of Official Donor Assistance as percentage of Gross National Income (GNI), the #USA is 20th (22%). That is $190 per capita.

#Europe remains the largest provider, accounting for 42% of global #ODA in 2022 and 2023, which translates to $286 per capita.

Countries like #Luxemburg and #Norway even reach $788 and $1,160 per capita.

#Migration ist und war nie das Problem. Es ist Integration und Finanzierung. Probleme die übrigens nicht einfach verschwinden und genauso relevant sind bei ausländischen #Fachkräften. Einfach mal nach #Luxemburg schauen. Land mit dem höchstem (durch Grenzgänger verzerrten) BIP in Europa und mit 70% Ausländeranteil in der Hauptstadt. Kleines aber schon entscheidendes Merkmal: So gut wie alles, auch offizielles, ist Mehrsprachig, auch auf Englisch obwohl nicht Landessprache.
