Systems can be overwhelming, they can feel inevitable. "News" is depressing, disempowering.

People, OTOH, are incredible. They can be dauntless and inspiring.

Systems can be broken. History says clearly that systems will break, they always break.

Russell’s parable of the chicken and Spencer Johnson’s Cheese story share a common lesson—life is unfair to those who don’t notice, deny and resist change. The cheese will move, and the farmer’s habits may change. The key to survival is not clinging to old realities but anticipating shifts and adapting quickly. Don’t take stability for granted—stay prepared, keep moving, and always look for new opportunities.

I set myself an ambitious goal for this quarter - something that would really challenge me and motivate me to push myself out of my comfort zone. It's been stressful, and at times I wasn't sure how I could get it done, but just this last week I had a revelation:

(This is why I often buy first editions of possibly controversial books and add a handwritten note to the book, sometimes printed out copies of articles, explaining why I bought it. Helps not only me to remember that there was a controversy years later #LifeHack ;)
