Does anyone have recommendations for #googlevoice alternatives? I'm currently #degoogling and am in need of a replacement. Preferably free. I primarily use it for #voicemail, though sometimes for voice and text.

I also use FB Messenger but *nothing* goes there that needs to be secure. do not trust Meta to keep anything secure AND keep it safe.

I have an old rotary #phone from my grandparents. I have a (personal, not corporate) #GoogleVoice account.

How do I connect them? (Without calling the phone company to add a phone line.)

And another one! #GoogleVoice no longer inserts a blank line before sending when you hit "enter"
