The version of #OnlyOffice installed on #CryptPad does not include Plugin installation. I have tried my local Nextcloud based OnlyOffice installation V8.2.2.22, which allows installting #Zotero the zoter plugin. I have then created a new online group in Zotero,

First, get an #opensource replacement for paperpile : #Zotero also has a google doc plugin 
and now we need to see how to replace gdoc. In France we have national instances where #OnlyOffice is installed, but yet no idea if it integrates with Zotero
If you write long-form (non-fiction), especially in academic contexts, what is your process for organizing information when some ideas are related to lots of other ideas, quotes, etc?
Btw #Libreoffice is really great, and the #Flatpak works really well.
but do you know about all the Integrations that rely on interactions between programs? Like #Kleopatra #Zotero #OLLama and many more
Those may be currently broken, not sure. Zotero especially doesn't even have distro packages, so using the Flatpak makes a lot of sense.

with a simple Kubuntu for an easy setup
- Team Chat: #Matrix with #Element, set up by the great IT team at my uni
- task organization: #superproductivity with the pomodoro timer 
- note taking: #Joplin synced and saved through WebDav
- papers referencing: #Zotero
- paper writing: #Latex and #Neovim
