We've finally got round to publishing the blog post for EMF
Massive Spectrum was massive! Loving all the #retrocomputing stuff at #emfcamp #emf24 #emfcamp2024 Inspiring me to dig out some of the many ancient computers that lurk around the house! :)
So #emf24 was the hashtag, not #emfcamp or #emfcamp2024. That's 100 odd posts floating lost in the ether....
Massive thanks to everyone that helped make EMF awesome, particularly the @noc team for going above and beyond with both the network config and physical deployment, @phones for building the core network, and everyone that made a fun telephone service for people to play with.
Once we've unpacked we'll crunch some more stats, but there were over 100 unique analogue devices on the network - twice that of 2022
Catching up on all the posts I missed because there was so much going on! #emfcamp #emf24 https://andypiper.url.lol/emfwall2024
Had a lot of fun at EMFcamp! Played around with taking privacy-preserving photos using the tilt lens (and had fun with less light, as it's f1.4).
All the buckets and cables are now constructed and the phones and bell are now wired and ready for mounting.
This basically means the MVP is complete and we're good to go, we just need to get it to a field in Herefordshire
Getting some camping chair practise whilst refreshing the Distribution Points, or Tele-tubbies as they're more affectionately known.
