After 3 days of #socialising over Christmas, I took a day at home today and refused all invites of visiting/ visitors. I know some people get miffed by this, but I need my days to #reset and #refuel.
Took a walk and had a 2 hour nap.
The headache that has been building disappeared. Feel so much calmer and better tonight. Think I need to take tomorrow off socialising too, to get back to tip-top energy/ spoons (not that my spoons are ever tip-top...).
