Does anyone use #kms #kmscon for terminal-only machines? My understanding is that the ol' fbterm is pretty much defunct at this point. I followed the https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/KMSCON guide -- to try and get things working. For the most part, it actually works! But for some reason #emoji won't show up at all, which is

I'm on #Arch #Linux, naturally.

(And yes, I'm aware window managers exist, and no I don't want to use a window manager -- I just want unicode/emoji fonts displayed)
