sergio_101<p>So, I am finally updating my <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/GeminiCapsule" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GeminiCapsule</span></a> <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/Gemlog" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Gemlog</span></a> . </p><p>This time, it's about getting my <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/PacketRadio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PacketRadio</span></a> station put back up for the first time since like 1992. it works! </p><p>But this posting makes me wonder about the present state of the <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/Gemini" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Gemini</span></a> protocol. More later.</p><p><a href="gemini://gemini.sergio101.com/posts/fun-with-packet-radio.gmi" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible"></span><span class="ellipsis">gemini://gemini.sergio101.com/</span><span class="invisible">posts/fun-with-packet-radio.gmi</span></a></p>

I'm still going through ideas from my poll a month ago. The #unix #bootstrap idea is still being worked on, I promise! :D

rldane.spaceWhat Kid-Me Wanted To Do When He Grew Up

I am looking for a #gemini #gemlog blogging service where I can write articles on my local machine on emacs, then SSH/scp them onto the server.

I found gemlog.blue, but that seems to force users to compose the text in a GUI window. Apparently it’s deliberate, as they advertise:

“No need for system administration tools like sftp, ssh, rsync, scp, etc.”

For advanced users, those tools actually make our workflow /easier/.
