Closeup of a large strip of bark that is damp from recent rain. Coating some of the surface is a light green lichen that diet of resembles parsley with its curvy margins. Also on the bark are about a dozen bright yellow orange jelly mushrooms. They are blobby and kind of resemble wads of gum.

#Throwback to last year when I found these yummy Chicken of the Woods mushrooms.
They are bright and easily identifiable.
Emma was curious, but did not try to eat any.. Her humans, on the other hand, harvested several, fried them up, and consumed them. Yummy.
