My somewhat misguided Aunt just posted an email from Stephen Harper on her F***book page. He, of course, is imploring people to vote Conservative.
The crazy part is how hard he tries to undermine Mark Carney's experience, knowledge, and status. Somehow he forgets that he tried to get Carney to be his own Finance Minister, while his protégé Pierre was sidelined in undermining election integrity and whipping his caucus.
Harper's support is another reason to vote ABC

Barely more than one-10th of 1 per cent of fentanyl seizures at the northern border have been positively attributed to Canada by the United States border agency, according to new data released to The Globe and Mail.
There is a photograph of Kristi Noem standing in front of the jail cell holding the men recently violently deported by the US, and it is hauntingly similar to the photographs my family had of prisoners in German camps, the difference being these men were healthy but the shaved heads and the expression on some faces was similar.
I have no words to describe how deeply disturbing it is to watch history repeat.....

Accelerate the worldwide end of reliance of fossil fuels, and we accelerate the collapse of the most dangerous aggressor states. We can still use the carbon we have for durable goods (carbon fibre, graphene, organic PV, and much more), but we urgently must replace our energy systems.
This must be done on a war economy footing by all democracies (one of which, the US currently, de facto, is not).
