Busy day ahead, no time for pleasantries!!! Set construction, line memorization, and so much more. Have a great day, friends!!

Gooooooooooooood morning, Fediverse!
Everybody talks about “historic" and “unprecedented·" events happening all around us. But in the end, simple morning rituals are what actually make the world go round
Even four cups a day! The surprising health benefits of coffee.
Coffee can be good for you, and not just for waking you up. A series of recent scientific studies show drinking a good brew can prevent heart disease and dementia and help you live longer.
But the roast, preparation, and timing are all important.
I've got a few things on the schedule today, including set construction for #LCTRossumsUniversalRobots and an evening rehearsal as well, but I should have some downtime to take care of some other things.
Of course, I'm grateful to have a job, but some days, I don't really want to work. Can anyone out there relate to this?? Two-day weekends are compelte BS and should be at a minimum, 3 days!!!
I'm not sure if you heard about the dust storm in Amarillo, but here in DFW, we are dealing with hazy skies and dust in the air. It's not been pleasant. Hoping for a relaxing day -- but first, more coffee.
Friday has finally arrived, and so has the Season 2 finale of #Severance. I'm looking forward to some time off from work, it's been a rough week. Does anyone have exciting weekend plans?
And another week begins!! A 40-hour work week plus rehearsals at night, and hopefully with improved temps, a chance to get some steps in!!!
Friday has finally arrived, and so has a new episode of #Severance. I've also got plans for Saturday, headed to Irving to celebrate a friend's birthday. Does anyone else have some exciting plans?
The Weather Rollercoaster continues here in Texas; warm, cold, warm, cold. I've also started my allergy pill regiment, spring always seem to kick my allergies in the butt!!
Good night! #3GoodThings
1. Decaf coffee! Yes, even though it is very low on caffeine it allows me to have coffee in the morning without causing my sugar levels to skyrocket. I’m one of those unfortunate souls whose sugar rises with caffeine intake before insulin. So decaf is good.
2. Hubs has ordered a small coffee maker that is not digital so it can be controlled by a smart plug like the large main coffee maker. Won’t force him to go without his caffeine in the mornings.
3. Iced tea to give me caffeine throughout the rest of the day after I’ve taken insulin when it doesn’t cause my sugar levels to rise. all my good things have to do with caffeine tonight!
Sleep well and may your dreams be out of this world. #GoodNight #Caffeine
5 hours of sleep isn't going to cut it, so a nap may be in my future. I'm glad to see the weather changing, saying so long to Winter! I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend!!
After an amazing performance last night and a celebration with drinks and snacks at The Brass Tap, I was asleep when my head hit the pillow. But it's a new day, starting with coffee and relaxation.
Day 1 of #caffeine withdrawal
Usually I stop drinking #coffee 1 month before ramadan, so that the headaches aren't so bad. This year I didn't do that. I regret not doing it. I'm starting to get a headache.
After #ramadan, the first few days of drinking coffee again is amazing because the caffeine sensitivity is back. It is like a super power
What's the equivalent phrase to "hair of the dog", but for caffeine?
I've always been pretty sensitive to it, and while I'm less-so now, it was still definitely a mistake to eat several portions of tiramisu right before bedtime.
So now I'm going to need more caffeine, this morning, to compensate for the lack of sleep.
What do we call that?
