I am so old, that I can safely say that #webring [1] and #blogroll are the true origin of the #fediverse ;) A federated network that brought people together based on shared interests. #ActvityPub brings that approach back and allows us to leave the centralised networks behind. Things are getting better, IMHO :)

@jordesign I just have my template setup to share the post excerpt with a link to the full content. With the Block Editor content can get really messed up when trying to share the full content via #ActvityPub
