Yeah, so that totally was me updating my AXS account, but guessing that IP address is the backend of their ELB or k8s ingress.

Wonder what broke, because this must have worked at some point for this to have been deployed. Maybe a WAF in the wrong place stripping out X-Forwarded-For: header?

The IP address 10.16.9.128 is circled, highlighting that it is an internal IP address that is not routable on the internet.

By reverse-engineering how Ticketmaster and #AXS actually make their electronic tickets, scalpers have essentially figured out how to regenerate specific, genuine tickets that they have legally purchased from scratch onto infrastructure that they control. In doing so, they are removing the anti-scalping restrictions put on the tickets by Ticketmaster and AXS.
