I'm not seeing anything whatsoever about legal action against the Tennessee GOP for expelling Democratic legislators for purely political reasons. If there's a Constitutional Lawyer Mastodon instance I'd love to hear from someone there as to what legal recourse there is, other than what the Nashville City Council has already done to try and reinstate them. #tennesseegop #tennesseethree
