Andrew Kravchuk<p>In spirit of <a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/sharingsaturday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>sharingsaturday</span></a>, I'm proud to announce a new <a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/indie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>indie</span></a> <a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/videogame" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>videogame</span></a> project of me and my mate in the genre of turn-based roguelike: <a href="https://awkravchuk.itch.io/yur" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">awkravchuk.itch.io/yur</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p><p>We're making it in <a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/CommonLisp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CommonLisp</span></a>, of course, and we have an ambition of eventually releasing it on Steam.</p><p>Right now there's not much to see in the demo, we've just polished basic character controls and movement, and implemented a simple enemy AI. Next thing we're going to work on is combat system, hopefully we'll finish it by next week.</p>
