It's a 200 page, neatly chaptered book discussing misconceptions about "the" middle ages. It discusses fun stuff like purgatory & inequality but also delves into such things as secular self-awareness and falling into a pit of poop.I find no fault. Five stars ⭐️*staycations were big those days.
