Dabei fiel mir das Grab eines Kindes auf, welches nicht einmal sechs Jahre alt werden durfte. Unser Jüngster ist in dem Alter und mag mir solches nicht vorstellen müssen. Von hier aus ist es dicht an der Nordsee. Südlich der Eider beginnt Dithmarschen. Sie befindet sich im nördlichen Norddfriesland und gilt als die älteste Kirche der gesamten Region. Wenngleich der Kirchturm erst 1967 hinzu kam. Die Kirche selbst liegt auf einer Warft, einer Erhöhung. Denn früher wurde das Land oft überflutet.

Die Kirche entstand im frühen 13. Jahrhundert, der Turm kam 1911 dazu. Irgendwie war das doch schön, als man sich Sonntags in der Kirche traf. So ein echtes Soziales Medium. Auch wen die Predigten langweilig waren. Heute möchte ich Euch die kleine Kirche in Rodanäs / Nordfriesland als nördlichste Kirche auf dem deutschen Festland zeigen.
