Emmanuelle SkalyAbout Jewish pride through connection with the land of Israel. After living a few years abroad, I came back home and fell in love with the beauty of Israeli nature. Our plants grow in unique conditions, they flourish despite the salt in the water, harsh sun and very little rain throughout every year. A little like us, Jewish people in the diaspora and Israelis everywhere, they find creative ways to overcome incredible struggles and their struggle provides them with a unique beauty, and one that comes with a fascinating life story. Our pains hurt us but also reshape us, and when healing comes those new shapes that we are, can find new ways to bloom.
