inpcIt's official! <a href="https://go.mxtthxw.art/tags/liotia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Liotia</a> will no longer be on Spotify, Tidal or other streaming services. We've been considering this for a while and decided that if Spotify can't support independent musicians then why on earth should we be paying to advertise their services? Telling people to 'check us on Spotify' is frankly embarrassing. Check us on radio, check us on Bandcamp/Faircamp/Mirlo/Wavlake etc. :GoodPhil: I'm all this time we've only earned a few scraps from them, meanwhile PRS, Bandcamp, Mirlo and Wavlake have all paid us considerably more. So in short... Fuck Spotify. Fuck them up the fucking fuck. :bugphil: We'll be releasing some new music in the coming months and it will be fabulous! :Flower: We support independent music and an independent internet. :Nuclear: Our whole back catalogue will be on offer the next Faircamp Friday. :80s:

inpcI've just been informed by George the Cat that it's independent Music Maker Sunday. :smokyphil: Whilst I've nothing new to report, I should populate this instance with some of my own work. :GoodPhil: My most regular gig is as one half of Liotia, we make electronica and trip hoppy sounding music with nods to Portishead, Little Dragon and other things people have said at some point.
