R. Natale Fine ArtChristmas Lights in the Woods - I noticed the lights from our tree reflected in the window and glowing in the woods outside. It felt like the trees were decorated with the magic of the season. Chase ColorsThis is the first time I managed to snap a pic of a fox in the wild. That was my lucky day. Especially since I've been out, testing the <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/omsystem150600?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#omsystem150600</a>. But I also made two mistakes here. f/6.3 made the image a bit too soft. The lens is great, but at 600mm and f/6.3 it's really a bit too soft for tighter crops. Then the shadow on the fox's face is nearly black around the eye. I should have switched the exposure metering to center-weighted averaging, instead of having it on ESP metering.
