At some stage - I think in the 1990s - much of it was reclassified as <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/investment" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>investment</span></a> . This attracted less attention than the inclusion of some illegal activity which occurred at the same time. Classifying some <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/militaryexpenditure" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>militaryexpenditure</span></a> as investment could justify borrowing to do so !</p>
