SaraWhen my mental health is a bit weak, the ocean always makes things better. Yesterday I took the train to Scheveningen, at the Dutch coast, where I enjoyed the sea breeze, put my bare feet in the sand, talked to some people (and a few ravens), waved at smiling babies and collected cool shells. Not a bad way to spend the spring equinox :) Today, I’m washing the shells and looking at them all closely.
