Ahora es su hijo Mauricio Tabe, alcalde en la Miguel Hidalgo, quien deberá rendir cuentas ante el Congreso de la Ciudad de México por el uso de recursos públicos en una campaña ilegal de promoción de candidatos al Poder Judicial.El diputado Alberto Martínez Urincho, presidente de la Comisión Especial para el Proceso de Selección de Personas Juzgadoras y Personas Magistradas del Poder Judicial de la Ciudad de México, informó que el Grupo Parlamentario de Morena presentará este martes 18 de marzo un punto de acuerdo para que Tabe rinda cuentas de sus acciones ante el Congreso y ante la ciudadanía.Alberto Martínez Urincho Explicó que el citado funcionario utilizó recursos públicos de la alcaldía para promover candidatas y candidatos afines al Partido Acción Nacional mediante la organización de foros denominados “Jueces por la libertad”, violentando flagrantemente todas las disposiciones vigentes de la Ley Electoral.Durante la séptima edición de la conferencia dominical La Chilanguera, el legislador morenista sostiene que Mauricio Tabe “rompe toda la normatividad y viola procedimientos establecidos”.Advierte, también, que utiliza recursos públicos para comprar materiales promocionales (impresos, libretas, papelería, entre otros) y así promover candidatas y candidatos mediante la organización de dichos foros.El alcalde panista deberá rendir cuentas sobre la falta de reglas de operación que fundamente los foros presuntamente cívicos, gastos logísticos, el uso de recursos públicos para la adquisición de materiales con la imagen institucional de la Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo y por contravenir diversas disposiciones de la Ley Electoral.Por otra parte, el diputado Paulo García exhibió la segunda parte de la campaña de miedo, mentiras y falsedades promovidas por el legislador panista, Diego Garrido, respecto a la reforma al Código Fiscal en materia catastral, propuesta por la diputada Valentina Batres.Paulo Emilio García Paulo García exhibió un volante que Garrido distribuye entre los vecinos de los distritos que favorecieron al PAN con su voto, en el que además de las mentiras y mensajes falaces reiterados, orientados a generar miedo, contiene un código QR que, paradójicamente, desmiente todos sus dichos y tira por la borda su campaña desinformativa.Agregó que tras escanear el código QR se despliega la iniciativa de la diputada Valentina Batres, en la que no aparece ninguno de los conceptos falaces de Garrido sobre expropiaciones y pérdida de la propiedad privada;
