Lieven symaeysAfter first visiting Le Bois du Cazier and making this picture, I went to the Museum of Photography in <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/Charleroi?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Charleroi</a>. Their collection includes an image from over a century ago featuring the exact same tower, almost from the same angle.
