Chaired by <a href="https://veganism.social/tags/AnimalJusticeParty" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>AnimalJusticeParty</span></a> MP, <a href="https://veganism.social/tags/GeorgiePurcell" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GeorgiePurcell</span></a>, the inquiry will investigate the welfare of farmed pigs in <a href="https://veganism.social/tags/Victoria" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Victoria</span></a>, and prepare a report suggesting improvements to the government.</p><p>Vegan Australia is preparing a submission that calls for an end to the breeding, using and killing of animals in <a href="https://veganism.social/tags/Australia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Australia</span></a>. In order to ensure that the <a href="https://veganism.social/tags/vegan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>vegan</span></a> voice is fully represented, we want to encourage as many individuals as possible to write their own submission.</p><p>The deadline for submission is the 12th of January.
