I love that she specifically lent / gave her the scarf, instead of her having to buy one for possibly a single use. And the instruction, including the little detail to tuck the end under rather than over! Community indeed.

@jcrabapple This is very nice, although it needs to be mentioned that some muslims wear one and others don't. I personally strongly dislike the view on women that is behind the hijab, but so I do dislike that women in European culture are sometimes forced to wear high heels and in general sexual clothing is a women thing only. Patriarchy.
