I know this is my 100th Sonic sketch this year but all my warm-up Sonics look different from my usual style and I just want to see where it takes me.

I re-found this #drawing by NJ while doing the cleaning today. She did this at the same time I was designing swords for my fiction writing.

The character I was drawing had tight plaits and, I reckon, NJ did really well to make the hair here so detailed.

On top of that the sword is amazingly detailed for an 8yo and, in this person's other hand is a blue flame or other magic ability.

I feel like this character should have a story.

A coloured-pencil drawing by my daughter. It depicts a person (I haven't asked her whether it's a male/female/whatever, but usually her drawings are of girls) with long plaited or dreadlocked-hair. In one hand she holds a sword in the air that has an orange and gold hilt, and in the other some sort of blue, arcane power.

A #sketch of the Arch cave I made once upon a time, in the happier year of 2017, being held up in front of the actual real life subject by a helpful volunteer.
This bridge formed as a result of a cave collapsing. Only part of the cave survived and now looks like a bridge.
It's a quick drawing made with a travel #inktense paint pan, and a black pen.
Geology is cool.
