I was writing something about the fancy Le Train Bleu restaurant in Paris today, so @NarrelleMHarris and I started discussing what courses we'd choose from its relatively affordable three-course set menu.

The absolutely spellbinding roof of Wemyss Bay railway station in Inverclyde. The station was built, like the adjoining pier that serves the ferries for the Isle of Bute, in 1903. More pics and info: https://www.undiscoveredscotland.co.uk/wemyssbay/wemyssbay/index.html
The #village of #Starcross is small but it happens to have a #RailwayStation on the line from #LondonPaddington and #Penzance, though the #IntercityTrains don’t usually stop there. This is the last part of the journey for me before I turn and head back homewards at the station itself.
