@davx5app
Really wonderful approach which I just learned about today. I'd really like to use #Davx5 #unifiedpush with my #nextcloud instance and #nextpush. However, the #davpush app seems not to be compatible with NC v31 yet. And in the bug tracker I read about possible incompabilities with upcoming v32.
So will this likely continue to be an issue that I won't be able to use it on the newest NC version for a while? Or are you guys maybe even working on an integrated solution?

I have lots of favorites (starred places) in #OSMand and I want to view them on a map on a bigger screen, not just on the phone. When I export them, I get a favorites.gpx file.

As far as I understand, these are waypoints on a track?

I opened the file in the nextcloud map, and it displays the points, but without any text.

The entries look like this:

<wpt lat="51.5320587" lon="-0.1773316">
<time>2025-01-18T22:23:30Z</time>
<name>Abbey Road Crossing</name>
<extensions>
<osmand:amenity_subtype>attraction</osmand:amenity_subtype>
<osmand:address>Abbey Road (South Hampstead), Camden Town</osmand:address>
<osmand:amenity_origin>Amenity:Abbey Road Crossing: tourism:attraction</osmand:amenity_origin>

I tried converting the file to (geo)json, but so far the file has come out empty. I realize I don't really know what I'm looking for. It doesn't have to be nextcloud compatible at all, that was just the first thing I had on hand.

I would like to see the points and their names on a map on a bigger screen.

Any suggestions please?

First day back after our offsite company week at Nextcloud!

It was great to meet our amazing team again in person! We had a lot of discussions, work and of course fun.

The Sales Engineering team took the chance and organized a spontaneous Workflow session where we had fun using Nextcloud Flow. 😎

Thanks everyone for such a great week. This weeks always reminds me what awesome people we have at Nextcloud! 🚀

@fancypants @cjwr1ght just be aware that #owncloud is the original (but now laggard & corporate) fork of #NextCloud (the lead dev forked his own code when the company he'd started 'got away from him' & started proprietrising things in ways he didn't agree with), and it's just a shadow of NC. It's like LibreOffice is to OpenOffice (after the community forked it). The corporatised fork withers and fades into obscurity because without the community, they're nothing special.
