It'll fit in a #Eurorack #modularsynth case if you like. And it reads and writes voltage control (only 0:5V currently, but ±5V in the final, we're hoping). You’ll be able to plug your #synthdiy weird things into its eight inputs, which you will then interpret with a #plugdata patch.
And your patch will obey your creative wishes, making sound with your computer audio and sending out 8 channels of CV and servos*!
*We'll see how many we can run!

Here is a moment from the larger work in progress, another track drafted in stylistic exploration. As honest as I can be, pulling on these threads of me.
All of what I do has acoustic instruments somewhere, but there is a nice electro-acoustic element to this one, kinda gives it a storybook feel or like the overture for a space opera.
I got the Voice Nodulator fixed and working better than ever! All 8 params(grain frequency & size, attack, decay, feedback, lopass to pitchcompressor, high cut) to be safely voltage controllable and I can’t even blow it up with juice from the ARP!
Turned out part of the problem was a couple of potentiometers that had been resoldered too many times and crushed in too many bags.
Looking forward to getting together with the #synthdiy and #modularsynth nerds in a couple weeks here in #westernma!

Nothing too exciting, but a pleasant way to spend an hour or so patching and repatching.
The AM1021 is a sequential switch, able to take the 3 outputs of the 1027 sequencer and combine them sequentially. Thus you can have up to 24 steps frrom the 3 x 8 sequences from the #arp2500 1027 #eurorack #module
It does this in very little hp space. The mix sequencer 1050 can also do that, but you can't use it for other functions, such as another sequencer or two or mixer. It gives the control row more flexibility. #modularsynth #sequencer #dawless #music
Some patches I posted to youtube this month. The first one reminds me of the Musica Elettronica library music album, which I love. The second one is also in the old-school "space pulses" vein. I like it, though. A pretty unpredictable patch.
Next gig is up in 2 weeks already! I'll once again using @cables_gl #cablesGL for live rendered visuals. Control via repurposed game controller works fine on MacOS which is a real treat (and surprise)
I thought after completing three songs and getting deeper into a fourth that I should share some of the sonic artifacts I've recorded along the way.

Wanted to use the #roland #cr78 for some percussions, but that's not super portable (and runs on 110V, not battery power), so I ended up capturing a few loops on a TC Electronic Ditto+ looper pedal. Created a playlist for these tracks. #music #analog #modularsynth #loops.
my most recent #EarthModularSociety stream is the first one in a couple months due to life stuff. the patch is based around this wildly pitch shifting chord through the Rainbow Machine, so a lot of the harmonies, key, etc are quite ambiguous
