Adrianna Tan<p>Last night we had a lovely intimate hotpot dinner hosted by my wife’s friend. We’ve been sharing our love of Chinese and Korean and Filipino food and snacks with her (through grocery shopping together). She decided to put together a hotpot (which she also experienced first with my wife), with people from all backgrounds. It was perfect and wonderful and exactly what I needed in these trying times. Though we only got to finish half of what we prepared (not wasted)...</p>
