Settled down with the cat to listen to @girlonthenet's March Patreon update this morning, and it includes such an eloquent state of the union of sex writing/blogging and adult content creation right now.
It's frustrating, maddening, infuriating, difficult, and inclusivity and access is being eroded, so I'd encourage you to support your favourite writers and creators as much as you're able to, even if that's just sharing their work 
I threw this #FeatureRequest on the #Mastodon #GitHub a couple days ago, based on conversations I keep seeing people have about #AdultContent on the #Fediverse, the whole "#MinorsDNI" thing, and the potential legal issue of not getting any #AgeVerification for #NSFW content. I figure this is a good way to get the ball rolling and to have a centralized discussion in front of developers.
If anyone has thoughts, or wants to upvote or downvote it, follow the link. Either way, it would help if people boost this post so people can see that.

Today the pornocalypse came for Gumroad, which has been a platform where a lot of erotica and fetish artists could sell their stuff. As of today, all "sexually explicit" material is unwelcome there. A few hasty details, and a side-by-side graphic showing the adult content policy changes in the last 48 hours, are to be found in my ErosBlog post where I document this sort of thing:
