@mhoye

This seems oddly specific. I'd be surprised if anything worked exactly like that.

You can construct something that uses / as a pseudo directory structure in #TiddlyWiki . Then use a view template to display the root of the tree as a tree. And you can use a permalink to open up that branch immediately.

TW will also let you build a TOC out of tags tagging tags, which is actually a better data structure to work with.

I have implemented a WebComponent that makes it so tootIds attached as fields to tiddlers will pull in the respective replies. It's quite neat. (also reminding myself that @liaizon suggested I make a write up on this process in case others are interested).

Let's #AskMastodon !
I'm looking for a tool that I can use to archive websites, but in a simplified way. Something similar to the reader mode.

Also, I'd like that to be easily integrated with #tiddlywiki so I can capture interesting blogposts or documentation and embed it directly in the wiki, without relying in the link being available in the future (or offline access, too).

Ideas?

This was a reply to an ARS article that was mainly about Glide. You only get one free app on Glide. It costs $600/year to get 3 apps. Ouch.

When I was attempting to build a general purpose #TiddlyWiki (TW) Android container app, it occurred to me that it should be possible to create a kit that would allow anyone to convert their own favourite TW instance into a full Android app. They could then register it and send it off to the Playstore if they wanted.

@jbaty I've dipped my toes in a little bit, but I feel like I'm still at the beginner level compared to your awesomeness! 😄 Is there any chance you have some resources for a newbie like me (I only know about Grok)? I’m ready to level up! Or is the best thing to do to look at other wikis for inspiration? #TiddlyWiki

Diving back into TiddlyWiki.

It's been a few months since our last rendez-vous! 🕵️‍♂️💻

I'm checking it as a candidate for my daily note-taking playground. Sure, I'm currently using with Twos (and absolutely loving it!), but a little adventure with new toys never hurt anyone, right? After all, deep down, I'm just a big kid at heart! 🧸

Let's see what I can do with it!

h0p3's ℍ𝕪𝕡𝕖𝕣𝔱𝔢𝔵𝔱 wiki is one of the most remarkable texts / artworks I've ever come across. It's like if Immanuel Kant and Camille Paglia merged with David Foster Wallace and Sun Ra by way of a psychedelic monk who got his hands on Ted Nelson's Xanadu it's unbelievable.

It disappeared from the original domain philosopher.life a few years ago but luckily because it is a #TiddlyWiki I was able to download a local copy. I made a mirror here
