This seems oddly specific. I'd be surprised if anything worked exactly like that.
You can construct something that uses / as a pseudo directory structure in #TiddlyWiki . Then use a view template to display the root of the tree as a tree. And you can use a permalink to open up that branch immediately.
TW will also let you build a TOC out of tags tagging tags, which is actually a better data structure to work with.

Commenting on this post will federate and also display on my digital garden built in #TiddlyWiki

I have implemented a WebComponent that makes it so tootIds attached as fields to tiddlers will pull in the respective replies. It's quite neat. (also reminding myself that @liaizon suggested I make a write up on this process in case others are interested).
Let's #AskMastodon !
I'm looking for a tool that I can use to archive websites, but in a simplified way. Something similar to the reader mode.
Also, I'd like that to be easily integrated with #tiddlywiki so I can capture interesting blogposts or documentation and embed it directly in the wiki, without relying in the link being available in the future (or offline access, too).
Ideas?
It took ages but I figured out you can force a tiddler to display as plain text by setting the field "code-body" to "yes" https://github.com/TiddlyWiki/TiddlyWiki5/blob/0dda07e3f194f344af7665b6d7fb7fca8970bccb/core/wiki/config/ViewTemplateBodyFilters.multids
I would like to do this for Tiddlers with a "type" of "application/rss+xml" but this is fine for now.
This was a reply to an ARS article that was mainly about Glide. You only get one free app on Glide. It costs $600/year to get 3 apps. Ouch.
When I was attempting to build a general purpose #TiddlyWiki (TW) Android container app, it occurred to me that it should be possible to create a kit that would allow anyone to convert their own favourite TW instance into a full Android app. They could then register it and send it off to the Playstore if they wanted.

Someone asked about why I like TiddlyWiki, so: https://baty.net/posts/2025/02/a-few-things-i-like-about-tiddly-wiki/
My renewed love for TiddlyWiki continues apace,. It's so quirky and fun to play with. Made a bunch of updates to my wiki: https://wiki.baty.net/.
today I worked on this prototype of a etymology fetcher that makes HTTP requests to Wiktionary and integrates the response into the digital garden.
On a happier note - I found this #tiddlyWiki plug in today.

I might finally have a replacement for my much loved ToDoNow which I've abused for far too many years, and haven't been able to update really...
It looks promising, but the migration seems pretty daunting.
visit my digital garden, my corner of the internet that is made with hands and love, and sign my guestbook if you enjoyed your stay.
it’s becoming not only my work repository but my personal wiki
it’s made with #TiddlyWiki, a special sort of program known as a Quine.
it is thanks to @liaizon that I discovered #TiddlyWiki and I admit I fell into it with a lot of enthusiasm. I love it. Btw @triple I’ve seen your work on Velvetyne via the #ProcessWire forums. Excellent work. Can’t wait to see what you make with TW.
@jbaty I've dipped my toes in a little bit, but I feel like I'm still at the beginner level compared to your awesomeness! Is there any chance you have some resources for a newbie like me (I only know about Grok)? I’m ready to level up! Or is the best thing to do to look at other wikis for inspiration? #TiddlyWiki
Diving back into TiddlyWiki.
It's been a few months since our last rendez-vous!
I'm checking it as a candidate for my daily note-taking playground. Sure, I'm currently using with Twos (and absolutely loving it!), but a little adventure with new toys never hurt anyone, right? After all, deep down, I'm just a big kid at heart!
Let's see what I can do with it!
h0p3's ℍ𝕪𝕡𝕖𝕣𝔱𝔢𝔵𝔱 wiki is one of the most remarkable texts / artworks I've ever come across. It's like if Immanuel Kant and Camille Paglia merged with David Foster Wallace and Sun Ra by way of a psychedelic monk who got his hands on Ted Nelson's Xanadu it's unbelievable.
It disappeared from the original domain philosopher.life a few years ago but luckily because it is a #TiddlyWiki I was able to download a local copy. I made a mirror here
