Supersister - Nancy Never Knew
2025 NED SOSS Music #music
#ProgRock
Today this brand new album of the legendary Dutch prog rock band Supersister was released on yellow #vinyl. This album goes back to the style of their first album, released in 1970, which was called "Present from Nancy". But it also sounds fresh and modern. Definitely worth a listen!

Funny how the mind notes different things about #music depending on life stage. I listened to a lot of #Queen in my late teens, and my impression was how "weird" they were. That's how British #progrock sounded to a kid with limited exposure to rock's wide variety. 30 years later, listening to their whole discography, I am noticing Brian May's and Roger Taylor's contributions, perhaps because my older self better appreciates how people with different talents, united, can create great things.
