@randahl For every force holding a line or on an offensive, there are actually two, even if they have the same name. They rotate.
#Ukraine was not pushed out of #Kursk, it chose to leave. So as they exit Kursk to be rested, there is another group of rested top fighters somewhere doing something.
Belgorod actually makes sense.
