This morning #Russia launched a massive attack on #Ukraines #energyinfrastructure

Repeated attacks over the past few months have led #Ukrainian authorities to enforce rolling blackouts. The Ukrainian energy ministry has reported that there could be shortages of energy supply for industrial usage.
